Dan Nold: Dan is married to Lynn whom he met his freshman year of college... met in a shower (it was a water-fight.. which he won). They have four children—his oldest, Sarah, was the first to go through Leadership Advance ('06), a great experience! His second oldest, Katy, participated in '08. He also has two sons, Jake and Josh. He is the lead pastor at Calvary and believes that life is best lived as a Jesus-follower and embraces the fact that the journey God calls us to is not necessarily safe, but always good! One of the highlights of his year is Leadership Advance which he views as a “God-Awe-Full” opportunity to be in the midst of a group of people who are listening for God’s call. One of Dan’s biggest passions... is passion. He loves to see passion in people, passion exhibited by a sense of commitment to a calling, a willingness to sacrifice to see the calling fulfilled.
