Doulos is Calvary’s PSU connection from campus to a local church family, helping students find what they need to live out their faith during and beyond college. We’re here to help you deepen your commitment to Christ, the local church family at Calvary, campus, and the "city" of State College. We’re here to help you find the resources you need to live out your faith now and beyond your college years. Doulos: Greek, meaning servant.
Some things we care about…
- The WORD of GOD. We take seriously the study of the Bible and its integration into everyday life. Our worldview is rooted in Biblical truth, enabling us to engage life with a thinking and active faith.
- Whole-Life Faithfulness. We believe that all things belong to God. We want to live out our faith in every area of life.
- Community. We believe that building authentic relationships is essential to deepening our commitment to Christ. We also believe in sharing our faith with others.
- Service. We want to serve students as well as help students get involved in serving.
- Leadership. We desire to develop Kingdom leaders.
- Partnership. We believe we’re better together. We partner with several campus organizations, including the CCO.
