LA ties together a number of components [guest speakers, group challenge, reflection time, worship, individual coaching] making each LA experience unique.
We will focus on your strengths and the unique personality God gave you; celebrating a God who knows us intimately and desires us to know Him more.
Part of knowing ourselves and how God designed us is discovered in how we interact with others. Each LA participant is placed on a team and given a group challenge. Coaches (2-3 per team) will observe your team throughout the conference. Inspirational and practical guest speakers delve deeper into the StrengthsFinder and DiSC assessments as they relate to Biblical truths of how God has designed you.
